Cancellation & Lash Loss Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

RAEnbow Lash & Beauty has a 24hr cancellation policy. Rescheduling your appointment also falls into a 24hr rescheduling window. This Policy is to respect both the business calendar time and also potential clients who may have wanted your appointment slot. If a client cancels, reschedules or does not show up within 24hrs the client will automatically be charged 50% of the service cost scheduled. The card you put on file to book your first appointment with will be used to charge the fees due. If Client has multiple cancels and/or rescheduled appointments they may be subject to paying the full amount of their scheduled service along with additional cancellation fees that may occur. 

Late Policy

If Client is more than 15mins late to their appointment, they are required to pay the full amount of service even though there service time is now 15+ mins less.  The service will end at scheduled appointment end time to ensure that the next client starts on time.

24HR Lash Loss Policy

In the rare case that a client has excessive/ abnormal lash loss in 24hrs due to not following lash application instructions properly or due to adhesive not adhering well to clients lashes, the client is required to notify Raenbow Lash & Beauty with 24hrs of their application to ensure a touch up to be done within 72hrs of application. If client cannot come in within the 72hr time slot available the client will be required to pay a one week fill price if seen 72hrs after the initial application was done.
